Rob is a Senior Vice President and Director of the Non-Profit Services Division of Mutual of Omaha Bank of Arizona. In this capacity, Rob directs the delivery of all banking services to the nonprofit community.

Rob recently joined the bank after a nearly twenty year career in public accounting. Rob directed the nonprofit services division of a national CPA firm. His duties included oversight of financial statement audits, general business consulting and compliance reporting for hundreds of nonprofit organizations. These nonprofits ranged in budget size from 2 million to 75 million annually.

Rob has been recognized locally and nationally as a leader in providing advice and financial management services to nonprofits. He was a member of the Nonprofit Organizations Committee of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. His duties included writing and editing accounting guidelines for nonprofits and speaking at national and regional conferences on various financial management issues.

Rob has been a member of the faculty of Arizona State University’s “Nonprofit Management Institute (NMI)” since its inception in 1993. Through NMI, Rob has helped to educate hundreds of nonprofit leaders and volunteers on financial management principles that are applicable to their organizations.

Rob devotes a considerable amount of time to volunteering and helping to direct some local and regional nonprofits. Rob is currently serving as a board member to:
